If you’re not completely satisfied with your Bella purchase, no worries, we understand that sometimes items don’t work out. First, Please look over your order as soon as your receive it.
Contact us within 3 business days if you,
- See a defect with your order.
- Were sent the wrong item.
- Missing items from your order.
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can resolve the mishap for you.
Policy and Procedure for returns:
- Items can be returned in exchange for store credit only! This will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be received within 14 days of the date that we ship out your order.
- All jewelry, Scarves and Accessories are FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn AND with tags still on them!
- Please email us at email@example.com for a return form that you must print out and include with the return.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
